Out of the sea

Drawn with a view of the open sea, a new constellation of mythological figures emerges from the subconscious. They grow, stretch, move and expand until they come to rest. The work draws on early art, whose visual language resonates across cultures and eras. It is an investigation into the nature of their substance.
